About “Bilietų Pasaulis”

• “Bilietų Pasaulis” sells tickets to theatres, concerts, sports competitions, clubs and other events. "Bilietų Pasaulis" is a part of Estonian group AS “Baltic Ticket Holdings“, which also includes SIA "Bilesu Serviss" in Latvia (www.bilesuserviss.lv) and AS "Piletilevi" in Estonia (www.piletilevi.ee). We are the largest ticket distribution network covering all Baltic states with one ticketing solution and services for promoters and venues;
• Ticketing system used by “Bilietų Pasaulis” was created 12 years ago  for the concert of Michael Jackson in Tallin, Estonia, and is being developed all the time. In 2008,  companies of the group sold 2 millions tickets for more than 31 million EUR through a network of 400 points of sale and a web shop.
  

Buying tickets

• We do not charge ticket sales fees on top of the ticket price. You can choose the following extra services: if you do not have an opportunity to print tickets bought in the web shop, you can pick them up at any of our sales pionts (service charge 3,00 LTL per purchase) or choose delivery of the tickets by SMS to your mobile phone (service charge 3,00 LTL per ticket);
  
• You can pay in cash or with debit/credit card at "Bilietų Pasaulis" points of sale;
  
• In the web shop www.bilietupasaulis.lt you can pay using bank links of the following banks - SEB, Swedbank, Danske bank and DnB Nord;
  
• "Bilietų Pasaulis" does not provide ticket reservation service;
  
• "Bilietų Pasaulis" has network of 60 sales points across Lithuania. The closest sales point can be found here.
  

Changing and return of tickets

• Tickets are not subject to repurchase or refund by the seller, unless the event is canceled or the date of the event is changed;
• "BilietųPasaulis" is only an intermediary between event promoters and ticket buyers. "Bilietų Pasaulis" is not responsible for the quality or content of the event;

Buying tickets at www.bilietupasaulis.lt

• Tickets which are bought in the web shop and picked up at box-offices are issued only on presentation of the purchase confirmation number and a valid personal ID;
• You can buy "e-ticket" (delivered in PDF format) and print out after the payment or any time later - you will be receiving it on e-mail;
  
• Alternatively, you can opt for a paperless ticket by choosing a delivery  by SMS message straight to your mobile phone. We will also send you a confirmation and PDF-ticket to your registered email adress.
